Web Site SetupThere are many aspects of setting up a website. First you need to get a domain name. Then you need to point that domain name to the web server that you are going to host your website on. You will need to know the address to point the domain name to. Web HostingWeb Hosting is where your web pages are held and accessed by visitors. There are many Web Hosting companies out there and most will host your website for a reasonable price. But if you don't want to mess with setting up your own website or don't want to be bothered with general maintenance, you might want to consider having me host your website for you. Web PagesIn order to generate web pages you will need to know HTML at the very least. There are many other programming languages out there that can also be used on web pages including Java Script and PHP to name a few. Plus you will need to know how these web pages are moved onto the hosting server and where they are located to the path is correct so the pages are working properly. Key Word Optimized Web PagesThe first thing that needs to be done before generating any Web Page is a Key Word Search. I will make sure the page is Optimized for a specific Key Work that actually gets searched in search engines. It is easy to show up on the first page for a Key Word or phrase that no one is looking for because there is no competition. But there is no competition because no one is searching for it. One more thing that I do that almost no other company does is using some tricks to make sure that the key words get the most “Link Juice” possible by making sure they are placed in the best possible position. This will give you a significant edge over your competition. Local SEOLocal SEO is a completely different animal than regular SEO. You are trying to get your service to show up on the search engines in your area. Again there are certain changes that I can implement to make sure you show up in your service area. Email AddressIf you Host your web site with me you will also get professional looking email addresses with under your domain name. Such as yourname@yourdomainname.com. Have you every worked with some one who is working under a Hot Mail or G Mail email address? It is not as professional as an email address under your company name or domain name. |
